1..Bookings are normally from 1600 hrs and guests are asked to vacate by 1000hrs on the day of departure. Short breaks are offered for 2 or more nights.
2. The tenant will not sub-let the property.
3. The tenant is responsible for the repair/replacement of any breakage or damage to the property.
4. Pets are not permitted unless stated.
5. The proprietors accept no responsibility for any accident or injury to or illness of guests or any other persons whilst in the apartment neither do they accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to guest or other persons property, including vehicles, whilst in the apartment.
6. The booking is made on the understanding that the Holiday Home will be placed at your disposal on the date booked. If this is not possible, through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g fire, theft or damage etc) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative Holiday Home, in which case the booking deposit and any pre-paid charges will be returned to the hirer in full, but the hirer will have no further claim against the Owner or Agent.
7. In the interests of continued improvements, the Owners reserve the right to alter or delete any amenities or facilities or any part of the program of activities either advertised or previously available without prior notice.
8. If the accommodation has not been taken up by 1400 hours on the day following the arrival date booked, the proprietors assume the right to re-let the accommodation unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed.
9. Minors - bookings from persons under 18 cannot normally be accepted.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your holiday please notify us as soon as possible in writing. We will then endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting, you will only forfeit your Booking Deposit. If we don’t re-let, then you will be held responsible for prompt payment of the full balance of hire due on the Holiday home which you booked. Should you have to cancel within 14 days of your holiday, you must telephone us and follow this with written confirmation by Mail. Subscription of the Cancellation plan covers you for all or part of these liabilities.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE PLAN
All holiday-makers are automatically covered by the Cancellation Insurance Plan as soon as you pay your initial payment to the Plan. The coverage you gain under this scheme is designed to give you peace of mind. In brief our Cancellation Plan guarantees that the balance of your hire for you and your deposit refunded if you have to cancel your holiday, within the scope of the Plan, due to accident, illness, death or Redundancy. Your payment to the Cancellation Insurance Plan is £16.00. As you will have seen in our Conditions of Let, you as Hirer, are responsible for the full hire of your holiday home even if you are not able to take possession. This is only a fair and reasonable safeguard for the Owners.
If you are forced to cancel you must notify us by phone as soon as possible and in writing thereafter.
